The participants, as well as their accompanying partners, should book their accommodation by themselves in numerous hotels and B&Bs in Pokhara. Some of the hotels for the HKT registered participants and their accompanying partners are suggested by the Nepal Geological Society in Pokhara at subsidized rates.
